Warranty
At Pickley, we are dedicated to offering high quality pickleball paddles to our customers. This warranty covers all Pickley paddles bought either directly from us or through authorized dealers.
Warranty Duration:
The warranty for our pickleball paddles remains in effect for 90 days from the date you receive your paddle.
Warranty Claims:
Should you find your Pickley paddle to be damaged or defective during the warranty period, please take the following steps to file a warranty claim:
1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at hello@pickley.com
2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit a copy of the original receipt or the order number to proceed with your claim.
3. Detail the Issue: Describe the problem with your paddle thoroughly. Attaching photos or videos will aid in our assessment of the issue.
Warranty Evaluation:
After we receive your claim, we will assess the reported issue to determine if it qualifies under our warranty terms. This may involve a physical inspection of the paddle or a review of the evidence you provide.
Warranty Resolution:
If the issue with your paddle is covered under our warranty, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:
a. Replacement: We will replace the defective paddle with a new one of the same or similar model.
b. Store Credit: Alternatively, we might offer store credit equivalent to the value of the defective paddle, which you can use for purchasing another paddle from Pickley.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages or defects due to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or deliberate damage
- Modifications or alterations
- Unauthorized repairs
- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions
- Accidents or improper storage
Return of Damaged Paddle:
Should a warranty replacement be necessary, we may request that you return the defective paddle to us at our expense.

This warranty represents the exclusive warranty offered by Pickley for its paddles, superseding any other warranties, whether expressed or implied. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the product’s use or inability to be used.
